17U Locos Express

   Russ Bailey brings over 20 years of coaching experience to the Locos Express 17U team. His leadership roles throughout Northwest Ohio include Director of Junior High Baseball in St. Marys, Board Member of the St. Marys Baseball Association, and Director of West Ohio Pony League.

  Married to Pattie for 32 years, Russ now coaches alongside his son Wyatt, a former Express player and college baseball athlete. He emphasizes fundamentals, mental toughness, and character development both on and off the field.
